I haven't received any feedback from them yet, and there's no customer service number. Overall, this experience has been terrible. I made my order more than a week ago.

I made a purchase on the 6th, and here we are on the 12th with no word from them. What should I do about this and the cash I spent?

Last Christmas, my brother sent a screenshot of this and mentioned he wanted it for his wife. Sadly, he passed away months later, and we were all heartbroken. After discovering this item and placing my order, I was super anxious to receive it. When it finally arrived, I was blown away by how beautiful and high-quality it was. I felt so happy to give it to my brother's wife on his behalf, just like he wished. I'm truly speechless and incredibly satisfied. Love, love, love this!

I mentioned I wanted it to arrive on her birthday, but they couldn't promise that. No biggie! When I got the tracking info, it was set to show up on her birthday, but it actually came two days early! It was a surprise for my husband for our one-year anniversary, and it turned out PERFECT! My daughter wanted to buy this as a Father's Day present from her and her sister. The mug came out fantastic!! Their dad really loved it!! Thanks a ton!! The delivery was super fast. But, Google hasn't updated my address yet, and it was initially being sent back until I reached out to the post office to figure things out. That was the only hiccup I faced. Apparently, they changed my street name like 15 years back, but GPS and Google still show the old name.
